DEAD PEDAL Question!
SOoooo, I went about putting my evo back together after putting new ICP and Small battery under the hood. Go to driving it a few days later and my clutch slave cylinder snaps on me at a red light and gives me dead pedal. Go to view under the hood and BOOM! I forgot to put in one of the two bolts back in so it ended up moving into a angle and rod snapping out. Order a new OEM CSC and MCC and put them on, but couldnt get them to bleed after me and a buddy tried for 2hrs. So I have it sent to dealership and have them check what I did so far if it was right, and to get the system bleed. Well $405 later some change I get the car back (all labor since I pre-bought the parts and Yes I know a ripoff since some how it took the 4 hours to pretty much bleed breaks and clutch). Well had the car back for two days and BAM red light again and Dead Pedal. Didn't even go past 4grand since it felt sponge still and just got fixed. So I checked the lines and there's nothing dripping or wet feeling down the lines and everything looks fine with CSC & MCC but cant move shifter. Yes if I put clutch all the way down the car can turn on. Vehicles stuck in netural. Feels like some pressure still in pedal since it don't fully hit the floor like first time just no bounce back. Thinking A) Air still in line since it was sponge when I got it back. B) Shifted fine all day but for some reason maybe clutch fork broke or throwout bearing or FUDGE my CLUTCH.
