PCV Fail.... B.L.T 5psi~
Ok so after replacing TB Shaft seals, new Injector seals, All new vacuum line's. I seem to still have a leak after scratching my head for hours I realized it was not the valve's in the head I was hearing but the PCV valve...... Leaking pretty much around 5psi and almost shooting the dipstick out. I could hear the air trying to rush out of the dipstick basically.
Got 2 different PCV valve from O'Riellys and another from Autozone which both cannot hold even 1psi so I returned them for being crap.
Anyone know of a good brand / place to get a PCV that can possibly hold 30~ psi ?

YOU still need a good PCV valve system with any catch can.. the valve has to be there or the engine boost pressure goes directly to the crankcase...
High boost conditions can overcome the PCV valve system as well, pressurize the crankcase and blow out the dipstick
It is simple physics
Correct it doesnt close properly thus boost builds slowly.

The PCV has a spring inside it to seat the check ball. The check ball should only open when under vacuum and the spring will hold it in place and seal when under boost.
Lets face it, your car is not stock. Delete the PCV system and install a catch can. Let your engine breathe properly. Once you start turning up the boost, you are going to get more blow by and pressureize the crank case. Also, if you have the front breather hose still going into your intake, you are going to have oil going into your turbo/IC/ intake and the end result will be unmetered fuel as you are starting to burn oil.
