ok $275 is still reasonable, i have a friend who charged someone $400 bucks to do the cams and valve springs and told me i won't find anyone or anywhere to get it done cheaper. When i told him the shop will charge $200 he was confused lol.I guess he is not really use to working on evo's .

Valve spring installs with vary because some shops like to take the head off to do them.

Cams should be about 150-200.

I personally charge 125 for cam installs on evo 8s but of course, I am not a shop.

Why not DIY? RRE has a nice video on Youtube to to the cams. Probably one of the easiest cam swaps I've ever seen. Took me around 6 hours on my BMW
