So now that this clutch has been out for a while I would like to hear about the amount of miles and abuse you have gotten out of your clutch. Please include type street/strip or race disks power level and any other pertinent information.

Mine is street flywheel with race compound disks.

And probably about 100 launches normally cutting 1.6 60 foot times on street tires.

My clutch is still good as far as I know but will be getting checked in a few weeks when ER pulls my motor and I can update about the thickness of the discs.

 

So no one decided to post in this thread but I figured I would update it with my results just incase someone is to find it in their searches.

My clutch was inspected by english racing while the motor was out of the car. According to QM my clutches start out at .250 and need to be replaced at .240. My clutch discs are currently at .247 and .248 thickness. I decided to have ER just keep the clutch together and we will see how it likes the new power lever which should be in the 8xx range.

 

~7500 miles in less then a month. 8 passes at the track. Launched ~20 times. Broke 4th gear so stopped driving the car. 2.4L 6765 20 psi 552awhp/455awtq on oem Evo 9 cams. Have not measured the discs but one of them is a lot more worn then the other.

 

Ive got only a couple thousand miles on mine. I like that yours still has lots of life left even with that many launches!
