I thought that due to early complaints and failures with the 7460's original actuator, HKS had worked the bugs out of their design and now offered an improved version.

problem with this type of thread is we dont know what is wrong with his actuator. just that "it is broke" all the actuator problems wiith this turbo have been related to the arm in the housing wearing. constant readjustment of wastegate needed, ending with flapper valve that wont seat on the seat due to excessive wear. I have one hear that I fixed. but dont know how long it will work until its put back in service.

Nothing wrong with thread You gotta read it... Seems others get what im asking.
Cliff notes:
Bad wastegate
Does FP sell actuators that fit or other brands?
Dont ask if its broke, it is.

I see nothing wrong with THIS thread. Your going off other peoples expierence with the actuator/wastegate failing and the flapper(not mine)Like I said mine clearly broke, no failure. Im asking if there is a fp actuator or other brand. Thank you.

It has two big kicks in it, between the mounting location and the flapper arm.
Stock one won't come close.

Order another HKS gate and Loctite the crap out of it!
