I just brought an 96 Evo IV and just installed a boost gauge and it only is showing 8 psi and IV's should be running about 14 pound from what I've read. I have all ready fixed one boost leak where some ones just left a vacuum line from a previous Boost gauge that i just ended up putting into the new gauge.
has anyone got any ideas or anything like that?

 

Did you do a boost leak test to find the first leak? If not, do one

 

Do you know the best way to do a boost leak test on an evo?
or direct me to something that shows or tells me?
