So I plan on getting tuned on E85 in my Evo 9 soon. I was wondering if I could get tuned on the current exhaust I have now (custom 3 inch catback, no resonator or cats) and then after I get tuned buy another exhaust (one that's louder). You would think a resonator-less and catless exhaust would be loud but mine isn't due to the muffler that's on it (Apex-I)

Reason why I ask is if I need to buy the exhaust I want before I get tuned that will set me back a little ways.

Going from one 3" exhaust to another 3" would not need a new tune.
