Hey guys,

Back again with a problem and need help diagnosing.

So I started my evo 5 this morning and it idled fine....
Upon giving the engine load it went into limp mode and idled VERY roughly and seemed like it was a misfire. As if it went into a safe mode for something gone wrong, as it says in the manual as well...

I am having a hard time figuring it out what could be the problem.
Upon giving it above 2500 rpm it idles very rough and it sounds like a boxer engine. NO JOKE!

I am just in need of some suggestions on what could be wrong. Ive checked my harnesses etc. But one thing I did notice is that my coupler on my turbo charger towards my intake has a hole in it about 2mm or less... could this be an issue as well? Could a boost leak put your car into limp mode and possible trip it to misfire?
