Clutch fork issue

Hello guys

This is what happened. I was driving home from work in my evo 4.
I accelerated hard on second gear and then when I put my foot on the clutch pedal it went down to the floor. I stopped and put the pedal up then I pumped it and it was very soft.
When I later looked under the hood I found that the slave cylinder was broken,, the push rod just came loose in my hand. So I ordered one brand new.
Then on further examination I fond the clutch fork pushed all the way to the right side. I Can with my hands push it to the middle but when I release it goes back to the right side.
Shouldn't it be in the middle? What it possibly wrong?
I had the car for less than a week and the previous owner told me its stage 3 pull out type of clutch.

Can anyone help me?

That sucks. It looks like the wedge collar popped off and the release disconnected from the transmission. You will probably have to pull the transmission. I would suggest our Monoloc collar to prevent this from happening in the future.
