Help Carbon Fouling

Hey guys, need a little help. I recently switched out a from a generic intercooler to a solid 3" Wide tank ETS intercooler, after my car was tuned @ 25psi making 375/350 on pump. During the time with my 4" I couldn't WOT completely. On WOT throttle it felt like the car wants to go but just hesitating, so I would usually back off throttle. Thinking it likely is my spark plugs I changed them out from BRP8ES to BR7ES same gap at .024.

So, in a nutshell --I got a Check engine light with 4" intercooler @ .024 with BPR8ES and aCheck engine light with 3" intercooler @.024 with BR7ES both same boost.

And my sparkplugs look like this (This is dry carbon fouling, correct me if I'm wrong- they came out like this all across the board, not wetness):

I want to mention that I can really hear my turbo spool after this incident *I have a anti surge cover. Could the culprit be a rip in my couplers? fuel system related?if so what?
