Hello guys!
Changed my sti pink injectors to evo 9 ones and stock evo 8 cams to tomei.
My afr was 10.7-10.8, timing around 11-12, boost pressure 1.3 bar, EGT 830-840 *C. The car was making 0-100 km/h in 6-6.2 sec, and using 2-pedals start (0.3-0.4 bar boost) about 5.5-5.8.
Now my afr is 11.4-11.5, I've increased timing in the same cells by 1-2 degrees, boost pressure is 1.3 bar before 4000rpm and 1.5bar after, EGT is 800-830, but the acceleration is barely the same or even worse - ~6.5 for typical start and 5.4 with 2-pedals start.
I've attached my fuel and ignition maps for 1 and 2 gear (afr's in map almost ideally corresponds to wideband) and my last log.
I will be very appreciated for any advices - hope to beat 5 sec barrier.

Those are very mild cams and may have shifted the power band to the left a little requiring earlier shift but I'm not sure. Tomei cams quality is excellent so no degreeing should be nessesary unless the head/block has been decked.
They have a slightly wider phase and increased lift, so they shift power to the right. Also that's the reason why egt decreased.

TOMEI Poncam 260's, I luv them. Depends what one considers a mild cam, but they are more aggressive than many with longer duration. Lift and ramp rates are not mild.
Made a huge difference to my car (over 30 hp at the wheels peak and better through most of the rev range, loads more Torque under the curve too) and to the several I have since recommended use them to. If I were to fit a larger Turbo (am still running the factory 15G) I would see even more gain.
Advance the intake cam 1 notch (2 deg.) and you should be good.

Today I went to tune my car again.
+30*C outside temp. With cool hood space (just after highway ride) I made 4.6-4.7 sec (4.52 best) 0-100, ~13 sec quarter mile (12.87 best). Wery well for stock engine (which is weaker than evo) with 205000km mileage
~1800 kg mass, 6000rpm shifts, automatic transmission in standard mode.
