How's my compressor looking?

This is my turbo on my stock evo 8 with 89,000 miles. I've been doing boost leak tests and getting everything running solid but I just wanted to make sure this looks alright. The car seems to run well, it has a few leaks and an evap issue but I'm working them out. Should I be concerned with the chips in the blades? Anything I can/should do? Thanks!

You need better filtration man, those nicks in the blades are from debris impacts.

I just pulled my stock turbo off and I actually had a few nicks in it as well..... I used K&N box filter and Amosoil dry filter during the entire time.... have 60k on the turbo.
