Morrison fab tested the FP dsm manifold to their manifold.

Results were close but it would've been nice to have shaft speed. The FP manifold still works really well for what it is.

That's odd. The long ones are the ones I'd expect to fail. Surely I could find a stud to use instead. I'm not into putting high torque values onto long bolts. I think I have PTSD from my Honda days. The cam cap bolts would snap any time you just look at them funny.

Yeah man! I had that happen with my neon head way back in the day too. That was a nightmare to try to drill out but these will be much worse. I think Sean was saying I should've used copper antiseize, I think that was my issue in this one.
I don't know what kind of metal we can get these made out of that won't rust in the holes and get stuck

Come to think of it I guess it's the manifold that rusts so I guess I need to just go to a stainless manifold

So I looked at my turbo last night... It was both the long bolts that snapped in two like a frozen dog.
