Injector signal issue

Ok -- I have now been fighting this issue for over a year. Its intermittent. And it keeps me thinking I've fixed it - but then it comes back.

# 3 injector just -- DUMPS fuel.. goes WOT and my AFR drop to --- well it dumps fuel out the exhaust.

I have replaced/checked

Injectors(swapped them around does not follow injector, tried different injecors as well)
resistor pack
wiring harness
Cam angle sensor(New OEM)
Trigger plate
Crank angle sensor(New oem)
COP(Moved coils around - does not change)

The only thing I can think of -- is the ecu board is bad with respect to the injectors.

It does NOT throw a code ...

Im open to ANY ideas... ugh

You could have any intermittent short to ground on the #3 injector wiring. Next time it happens, test the ground side of circuit for continuity to ground with the engine off. If you have continuity, unplug ecu and test again. If you still have a ground, then there is a short to ground. If not, the ecu is messed up.
