I just replaced my stock clutch and everything went fine until I drove it for a test drive. It then started idling very high around 2300-2500, with a strange sound that mimicked a miss fire. Nothing feels wrong with the clutch, but I am not sure what the issue might be. Any help would be appreciated.

 

make sure your brake boost vacuum line is connected... not much with cause an idle issue like that... maybe even the iac connector... on the under side of the throttle body...

 

One EvoM member said he had to replace the emissions solenoid on the manifold brace on two occasions after professional clutch installs.
