ETS Single Scroll 6266 Kit

Hello all,

I am looking for someone with first hand exp with the ETS 6266 single scroll kit on a stock motor/stock compression motor. I currently have an ef4 and make 510/381 on 93 pump and full boost of 33 psi is seen at 5100 rpm. My question is would the 6266 spool AS fast as my ef4? I dont want a turbo any laggier than my current turbo. The closest comparison i could find was a 6466 which I am told is substantially laggier than a 6262 and 6266, but he saw full boost at 5400-5500 rpm. Shops and vendors your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

6266 is much bigger. Its going to spool later. When people are looking at those 6266, 6466 etc, they are not looking for quick spooling street turbos. You are looking for massive amounts of HP.

Good luck.

Thanks, ETS tells me they had a 2.0 that saw 27 psi by 5250, my tuner thinks full spool by 5500. As big as it is its not like I need 33-35 psi, 25-28 lbs will probably net me MORE power than my ef4. Pretty sure I am going with a 6266, my ef4 spools later than I thought, sooooo laggy.

The 6266 will spool slower then your ef4. But if your looking to make more power without goin to e85 then your going to have to deal with the lag of bigger turbos

3586 with Tial .63 housing. On my 2.0 I see 20psi at 4800rpm in 3rd, and 20psi in 4th at 4300rpm. At 21psi on E85, car is making about 560whp.

What is your power goal? What fuel? If you want more power on pump a bigger turbo with more lag is needed.
