I actually had that suspicion. I can still find an evo 4 set up but I just found a 2.4 4g64 here in town for $850 but I still have to find another evo head but now that my suspicions are confirmed I have to decide which would be a better build.....

 

But seriously thanks Paul cause I was racking my brain on the whole tcase issue and thanks to your confirmation I just found a evo 6 complete engine with granny and ecu....

Haha, I know the Evo 6 is getting on in years now, but I didn't think it came with a "granny" just yet! I'm glad to hear you're getting things together to get it back on the road!

 

Thanks man....I'm still trying to figure out what to do. 1) I found a 4g64 here in town and I can just put a 4g63t head on it
2) I found someone who's hooking me up with a decent price with stuff to rebuild my original engine
3) I found a complete evo 6 engine
So many decisions....

 

Also....anyone in want or need of a stock 16g?
