Evo 9 Cold start issue
my 9 takes about 2 minutes of cranking to start when cold. It always starts after about 2 minutes of cranking and then idles high and stalls a few times but restarts quickly after the stall. Cant drive the car until it warms up for about 5 minutes as the engine cuts out when I rev in gear. once car is warmed up, it starts / runs perfect. any ideas what I should be looking at ? mods - gsc cams, fic 1050, E85 tune. no check engine lights or codes. Ive attached the ROM if someone could take a look. its cold outside, 20F .

Sounds like you injector scaling is off a little in the tune.
My car is on E85 with a mini battery it starts up in 15 degree weather no problem. E85 is not the problem.
When I get home I will look at your rom. 9 times out of 10 the problem lies in the IPW Adder Table with E85 cold start issues.
+1 Sounds like you're not getting enough fuel upon cranking. Try adding a little bit to the IPW adder table in ecuflash in the selected heat ranges (~30*F or ~0*C depending on how to table is scaled.)
