Transmission problems

So yesterday I ran my car at the track and I only made one pass and the transmission was fine the whole way there and during the run after. After my run the car sat for like 3 or 4 hours before I left. When I got in my car and tried to put it in first it wouldn't let me put it in any gear after fighting it for like 10 minutes I finally got it in gear but felt horrible as soon as I started rolling the car would shift just fine. I would stop and I would have to fight to get it in gear again. I did a small 4th gear pull to see if my clutch was slipping and it's not. I haven't driven it since but I can sit in the car and go through the gears no problem?

Prob clutch issue. Does it go into gear easily when the car is off? If it does, check your clutch fork. If it doesnt then yes you might have trans issues.

Check for clutch drag. It sounds like you may have warped the clutch or flywheel assembly. If you did then it will be very difficult to get it in gears.

I went for a drive and it doesn't do any of that now? Most people would be happy but I'm kinda concerned because i don't know why it was happening

I've had variable clutch drag on act units. Some days its ok, some days not. Not sure why, but definitely a clutch issue. Which clutch are you using?

I vote for the same reason...Clutch drag....like when I did a 1-3 gear pull with my Exedy triple and ever since that I could barely get it in gear, I'm sure the floater plates warped and have read it being a common issue.

I've heard too much negative about ACT clutches I didnt even think about them when I needed a clutch. But as far as it dragging some days and some days it doesnt I see it as being temperature related since metal expands when it gets hot and if its a cold day there is prob more tolerances and lets things move more freely or vice versa and it not bind up.

Bottom line is if it shifts fine with engine off (showing its prob not the clutch) but does it with the engine on then is most likely the clutch

I'm using comp stage 2..... It's driving fine now so I'm just confused on why it was like that. After I left the track it acted like that till I got home I put it in reverse to back into my spot and it was like it cleared everything up? I could go through the gears just fine.
