Check to make sure intake and exhaust cams were switched around. I got mine labeled wrong and could not figure it out for the life of me...

I removed it and reinstalled the ground.

When I was rotating the cams prior to running I heard a click in the lower cover and then It was gone, I lost a zip tie earlier In the day and I am thinking that $ .03 Plastic zip tie just cost me $100 and a headache.

I had the same problem but on my VIII, I flipped the cam position sensor 180 degrees and still nothing. But then I flipped it a little differently and it worked. I referenced this site when trying to figure out how to align the cam angle sensor

will the camshaft sensor cut fuel and spark? I also thought the camshaft sensor would throw a code? I'll triple check the sensor before I tear into the crankshaft sensor.

Do to myself being sloppy during install a cut plastic tie from the camshaft pulley fell between the lower timing cover and worked its way into the timing belt and broke off the crankshaft sensor. I removed and replaced the crankshaft sensor and she fires up and runs as it should. Side note first impression of my Kellford 264's have a stock like idle and untuned i can feel the added torque. Im looking forward to getting a tune.
