Evo 9 No Start After Cam Install - Good compression - Help me out

I have installed cams on dsms but this is my first evo swap. I aligned my crankshaft pulley and cam gears , used zip ties, when I got finished all marks line up properly and my compression is 180, 160, 180, 180. I was searching and I found that Evo 9 compression should be around 145, Is there something that would cause high compression and no start? I switched around the orientation on my exhaust cam sensor with no change. Any help is appreciated... im at a loss and do not want to re-time if there could be another problem.

Spark test - FAILED
FLIPPED Cam Sensor 180 - FAILED
FLIPPED Intake Sensor 180 - FAILED
Fuel Pump Activation (cyl / plugs are dry)- PASSED / FAIL
Compression Test - PASSED
Fuse Panel - PASSED
Wiring Harness - PASSED

CONCLUSION:
Do to myself being sloppy during install a cut plastic tie from the camshaft pulley fell between the lower timing cover and worked its way into the timing belt and broke off the crankshaft sensor. I removed and replaced the crankshaft sensor and she fires up and runs as it should. Side note first impression of my Kellford 264's have a stock like idle and untuned i can feel the added torque. Im looking forward to getting a tune.

Check fuses. There is one under the dash that likes to blow.

sounds like you may have one of the cam positioning sensor intake or exhaust wheel things ( cant think of the actually name lol) installed backwards.. that would cause it to not start

once you remove the 3 10mm bolts holding the cover plate on for each cam, theres the 12mm or 14mm bolt holding it on. make thats installed correctly and not 180* out of phase

My plugs are bone dry and i pulled one of the spark plug wires and grounded the side of the plug and i am not seeing any spark. What sensors will pull spark and fuel?

The first thing I would check is the CAM angel sensor trigger. Easily reversed 180 degrees, and is the cause of many "no starts" after cam installs.

There's a 10A fuse under the dash for ignition. Check that BEFORE you take anything else apart. Don't be dumb.

I've checked all fuses, I am definitely not getting spark, and my plugs are dry. I'm going to purchase a crank shaft sensor An give that a try, hopefully that fixes the problem. I have flipped the cam sensor with no change. I notice the rpm gauge dosnt move when starting, is that normal?

no codes, it's gotta be the crank shaft sensor... Maybe a zip tie got down there and broke it.
