Grinding Noise only when taking off from a complete stop.

Hi I'm a noob. And fairly new to the AWD community. My 2006 Evo IX clutch was being a bit weird. After driving it for about a month, I notice it grinds when taking off from a complete stop. It will only do that up until 5 mph max. After that it stops. I just want to know if anyone has ever had the same problem and how to fix it? Also when downshifting there is a vibration in the clutch pedal.. Help

How about if you are taking off going uphill. Or try putting it in 2nd or 3rd gear? Does it grind even worse. I had this problem. My 6 puck exedy clutch had a crack in it. New clutch was the solution.
