forward facing or standard turbo setup?

Im looking to make around 1000hp on my 2.4LR setup and i didnt know if there would be a preference to which would fit better on the big turbo setup; forward facing or standard. Any suggestions would be great thanks.

p.s. it will be around 1000hp so the turbo will be bigger than a gt37 sized turbo

The advantage of FF is that its gets much better supply of cold air which is important in making power and avoiding knock.

FF would be easier to work on. it will probably also fit better

if you plan on making 1000hp i don't really see a point in doing anything other than FF. Standard placement has been done successfully though
