IF you are look for FF turbo kit for DD, make sure you find a kit that runs an air filter on the turbo. IF you drive it without a filter everyday day, then i dont think the turbo will last long. i was looking to do a setup with FF kit for DD.Let just say after calling lots of shop and researching, In the end i just went with a standard setup. Less headache and less problems. (That my opinion)

You really need a good reason to go FF.. If under 600-700hp then find another fad to follow.

i have many good reasons to go ff, makes more power, more airflow to turbo, looks great and is different then most evos making alot of power. pretty sure im not trying to follow a fad either, just want to make my evo custom and not look like every other evo out there. thanks for the input although you didnt even answer my question!

Check out my for sale thread if interested:

My kit allows you to run a full size K&N air filter for street driving. A simple block off plate like what Badev0 did on his car would allow you to drive in whatever weather you'd like. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/al...art-2-a-9.html

Not to steal this thread but I am motivated to sell and have priced my kit at a killer deal! Let me know

If you live around farm and back roads that has a lot of dirt on the roads or the roads are dirt roads then I wouldn't go FF unless you do a filter. I have been running my FF kit for 2 years. I've had 3 different turbo setups trying find one I like. I daily drive mine also. The kit I had doesnt allow for a filter to be ran. When I was running the FS635 all I had was a screen over the turbo with no plate. When I switched to the 6765 I had it set up the same way then had a piece of lexan cut to block the turbo off without the screen. The turbo was starting to suck the screen in and tear it around the clamp. Now I have just the lexan with my 6466. I don't have any chips in the blades nor does the 6765. My FS635 had small chips in the blades from the previous owner, but I didn't notice a problem with running it. It's actually on my brothers sr 240 now running strong.
