which bearings to use for 2.3L stroker

ACL race, Manley or OEM bearings for crank and rods. this will be for a track car

Bearings aren't real big to debate on, as long as they are a quality brand and the clearance is right, everything will work fine. ACL Race bearings are easily the most proven on our cars and are priced fair so no reason to look further. Some placed like MAP offer a dry lubricant coating on the bearing faces as well.

acl race come with dry lubricant coating. thats why its one of my favorites.

Didn't know Manley made bearings. Interesting.

I used OEM in my build. I would have gone with ACL otherwise though. Lots of debate over Clevite vs. ACL, but I think it just comes down to preference. My friends and the machine shop I used prefer ACL.

I have found the King bearing's to be a bit more consistent box to box, but have used the ACL's in many engines as well with no problems.
