Angry Help with AFI Turbo kit install: Dump tube, radiator, and condensor?

I have been having a really hard time installing this turbo kit and would like to know if anyone has any help or had the same problem with this kit?

Note: This is a brand new kit, but I bought 3 years ago and finally installing

evo 8 with evo 9 drivetrain: AFI T3 manifold (Swaintech coated, Tial 44 (water cooled version), PTE6262b turbo, ARP ss manifold studs, ssstuds.com (top 4 nuts and washers).
  1. I can not figure out how to install the dump tube and seems like it is going to be too close to the radiator/condenser?
Is there something wrong with my dump tube or am I doing something wrong?
  2. Want to be able to use wastegate coolant lines, but can not get dump tube to mount to the vband?
Anyone have experience running the Tial water lines with T3 turbo kit?
  3. LICP seems like it hangs too low to put the undertray back on?
Does the turbo outlet rest up against the front mount bracket?

These are FIXED OR PARTIALLY FIXED:
  4. Came with no bolts for the O2 housing or to mount the turbo?
    FIXED: I got bolts finally.
  5. Did not know I needed gasket for O2 housing to PTE6262 exhaust housing?
  6. Manifold hard to put on with too small of flange holes?
FIXED NOW: Had to take to machine shop to enlarge the flange holes.
  7. Upper 4 ARP nuts will not fit in order to tighten with open ended wrench?
PARTIALLY FIXED: Manifold and wastegate installed, but not with full ARP ss exhaust studs. I angle grinded as safely as thought and put the stainless nuts on instead of ARP. I thought it was the studs and put factory back in, but found out it was the manifold!
  8. ARP ss exhaust manifold studs installed, but machine shop had to cut allens off the 4 top studs?
This is not what I wanted to do with $97 new exhaust studs

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I had fitment issues with my twin scroll setup from AFI. Seems to be par for the course for them. As for using the water jacket on the MVR, you don't need to run it unless you plan to lap the car competitively.

Thanks for the response, anyone else have ideas?

I want to use the water lines since I already bought all the lines for it. I want to keep the anodizing from getting too hot. I had no idea that I would have problems installing it??

Update to my situation:
1. Took my water line fitting off and was able to put the dump tube on which is good.

2. I took wastgate apart which was not too difficult, 4 small allens and 3 bigger allens. I reinstalled with blue locktite.

3. I found out there is only 3 ways to rotate the wastgate in which 2 cover up the water lines.

Conclusion: There is no way to rotate the wastegate other than the original position without covering up the water lines.

If I want to use these water lines, I will have to have someone reweld my dumptube to the position where the water lines can be used, bummer!
