Help, what's this sound?

My car has this weird sound whenever I let my foot off the gas after boosting. It's around the 3rd and 10th sec mark on the vid.

Any idea what's causing it? The car is stock.

If that is flutter I hear your BOV could be faulty.

I think I removed them when I replaced my radiator and did some boost leak test. But I will look into that this weekend. Will keep you guys posted.
Thanks!
