Proper timing marks? Evo 8

I used the knotchs on the cam gears and lined them up with the valve cover and the crankshaft sensor plate knotch on the front case lined up. My car has absolutely no power. I am pretty sure timing is off. I wanna retime it but want the right marks? I saw people that line the cam gear dowl pins straight up an call it good? Please let me no. Pictures would help a ton

Much appreciated man. But all they do is say make sure it's at top dead center. They don't actually show how the marks line up. I just need a picture of the crankshaft in time and the cams and I'll be good to go

There are pictures on that link with the timing marks! Your oil sprocket, balance shaft sprocket, crankshaft sprocket and cam gears all need to be aligned. If you have your lower timing cover off you can see the notches for the timing marks
