Good day friends, I am new here and need your help, I am looking to get 500hp on my 2003 evo 8, I have the following install already, what do you think I need to get to the 400/500 hp.
  • HKS cams 272/264

Brother, lots of threads on this-- you not going to get there with a stock turbo, injectors or fuel pump though..start there-- cams will need to be addressed as well. other will chime in i'm sure.

you will need in my opinion,

-kelford 272's, M2's, S2's... one of those will do.
-1000+cc injectors (room to grow)
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-Full bolt ons (intake, DP, TP/HFC, CBE).. full 3" of course.
-LICP
-Intercooler
-evo 9 turbo
-E-85

-This should make 400.

GSC S2's Kelford 272s, or FP4R's and a 9 turbo will get you there as long as you do a walboro 255 and 1000cc or bigger injectors. I highly suggest doing e85 if you have any close to where you live. There is a thread in dyno results of someone with mid 400s on stock evo 8 turbo so check it out it was within the past 2 days that it was updated
