Question baffled oil pan or crank scraper?

Simple question here. I am about to install my built engine and looking to make around 800whp. The car is built for drag racing and spirited driving around town. I already installed a kiggly hla regulator in the head. I was wondering who recommends a baffled oil pan (like the AMS one) or a crank scraper (like cosworth) for the extra safety?

Thanks

I am in the same boat as you. The baffled oil pan IMO would do more than a crank scraper to ensure you're sucking up oil rather than air. With thatvbeing said, I also picked up a cosworth crank scraper as well. I'm trying to find out how to baffle the stock oil pan now as I'm thinking it can't be too hard to do. JUN and Buschur both sell modded oil pans as well.

I would do both, the Cosworth scraper is cheap and very well made. If it's using a 88mm crank, it bolts right on without taking hours of grinding and checking tolerances like I did with the 100mm.

yeah it will be going on a 2.0L long rod motor with factory crankshaft, so it should go in without modification

WTF why not both?

My track car is going to get a Tomei crank scraper and this Buschur pan here soon.

HLA is always a good idea.

what about an oil accumulator? In the AMS oil pan product notes, they recommend the moroso oil accumulator.
