After alot of searching I found no answer that was good enough so here goes.
Is the Evo 8 MR rear diff (6spd car) interchangeble With the Evo 8 GSR rear diff (5spd car) ? Is there big ratio difference between those 2?

Aslo looking at transferbox from the same car.

 

They are the same. All Evo 8 and 9's are the same ratio.

 

Great. That would also mean that transfer Box is interchangeble as well.
What I was hoping for

 

Yes the Transfer Cases interchange. The only difference is ACD verses non ACD. All Evo 8 and 9's are interchangeable.

Although there is two different front differentials in the Transfer Case. But that does not effect the ability to fit all 8 and 9 models.
