Clutch grinding.

I recently bought a evo viii with a built motor and a bunch of other stuff done to it, I decided to bring it to the track to see what it can do. So I went to stage preloaded the suspension like I have done many other times let her rip and it wouldn't shift to second for a bit. Now whenever I start out in any gear first or second and let the clutch out it sounds like the clutch is grinding. I searched and couldn't find anything anybody have any ideas?

That's what I was thinking as well. I guess it's time for a new QM.
