loss of power

I'll probably get smacked for this, but same issue is posted in ECUFlash forum since I had a log when it happened, Anyway, I was logging a part throttle run up through the rev range. I was going to log some wot runs after, but before I hit 6000 rpm the engine lost power. It was like a switch was thrown or a fuse blew; it happened all at once. Total loss of power, although it kept running and I was able to limp home. Instead of the steady, powerful "hum" I was used to, it was putt-putting with very little power. It had a code p0134 heated ox sense front circuit no activity detected. I thought, "it has 100k miles on it, never had ox sensor replaced," so I got an NTK installed, but that didn't fix it. It does seem a little more consistent; not breaking up, but still putt-putting, even at idle; no power. I have checked all the fuses; they're ok. I just wanted to see if anyone has ideas about what I should check out as possible cause.

Do a boostleak test and check the intercooler pipe and couplers.

Boost leak?

I've had leaks, hoses blown off and hoses blown through. In those cases the car ran and idled normally UNLESS/UNTIL I opened up the throttle. In this case it runs poorly at idle and under very light load. Also, I should have mentioned it is running VERY LEAN. The AFR readings from the wideband are off the scale on the high side, over 17.0 almost all the time it is being driven. Not getting enough fuel? But, why?
