Need help with interesting no power issue

Hi,
Im seeking help with a no power issue after a battery relocation.
Car is a 2003 Evo and mods are in sig.

Battery relocation was very straightforward and I used a Taylor kit. I have a terminal board up front for pos and neg connections and a slow blow fuse in trunk. I had one short to ground early in install but I resolved the issue and the trunk light came on verifying install was correct.
But when I went to start the car the starter turned over once and then the car died. Now I have no power at all. No dome light, radio ect...
Checked the battery fuse, all main fuses and all engine related fuses and they are fine. Checked the slow blow and its fine. Battery reads 98% on digital charger. Im at a loss for ideas.
If anyone has any I'd be all ears and appreciative.
Thanks
