problems with knock

I am currently having a problem with knock, i think. I have the tephra mod set up for the check engine light to flash when knock is picked up. I cant even do a full pull without the check engine light flashing. The car runs pretty good other than when building boost the AFRs are super rich. I don't think its the tune because it never used to be this bad. I would get the occasional CEL flash, but not to the point where i cant even get a full pull in. There is no hesitation or sputtering as i am in boost during a pull. So my question is, could bad spark plugs cause the CEL to flash, or cause some knock? That, or maybe i am picking up some good old phantom knock? I have my fuel map and ignition map saved from ECUflash, if posting that would help?

Please post a ignition and fuel map with a log or 2. Too rich can cause as much knock as too lean and bad spark plugs would be noticed during a WOT pull from ignition break up.
