I know this question has been beaten to death time and time again, but I would really appreciate peoples opinions on this. I have an Evo 6 right now that needs a new clutch and flywheel. It has an aftermarket intake, and cat-back exhaust making roughly 260 awhp. It also has a Blitz EBC, although it's set to stock boost right now I could eventually make about 370 awhp with the right mods.

The car is my dd and may see autocross in the future. I don't plan to drag it but the ability to launch would be awesome.

Right now I'm looking at a total parts budget of $900. Although I'm open to other options, 2 of my top choices so far is the Competition Clutch Stage 3.5 (they call it the 3, but I think it's been nicknamed 3.5 due to the new ceramic materials) and the Exedy Cerematallic Stage 2 kit.

Does anyone have any experience or advice for these two clutches? Any other suggestions out there that would fit my price range?

 

I'm not sure about the products in the links! But the Exedy stage 2 kit is very good & would handle your target HP level. The kit's part number is MK04TA it contains a 4-puck metallic clutch & cover, the cost is around 700-800. This is a CT9A kit so you would need a CT9A flywheel.
