barb fitting for fuelab fpr

Does anybody know what size fittings I need to connect a fuelab 51502 fpr to the OEM return? I did not buy the whole kit, just the fpr. If its an odd size, where can I buy it?

Are you referring to the part of the fitting that threads into the regulator or the opposite side of the fitting that ties into your return line? If you're just talking about the female inlet and return threads on the regulator, they just require a standard -6AN o-ring style fitting.

Something to keep in mind is that depending on what kind of fuel pump you're running, the factory return line on your car might restrict the return fuel flow. There's the possibility that you might not be able to get your pressure down low enough.

The factory return line is definitely a restriction at the power level I am targeting. I have two ways I am attempting to address this

1. I have a fitting for under the hood that converts the 14.5mm feed to -6 and utilizes the feed line for a return. Only problem is I have no idea how to connect the hardline to the hanger. I would like to go this route because of the increase in flow due to larger return

2. Some how connect the factory feed line to the fuelab regulator and not having any issues at the hanger. Only problem is as you stated this will without a doubt impede flow on the return side.

I am using feed as return. Just use fuel hose and clamps to connect.

Depending on the supply side of the setup, the factory feed might not be big enough for you either. A true -6 would be ideal.
