AMS VSR and Upper Intercooler Pipe

Hey guys, I know the AMS VSR intake manifold changes the position of the throttle body but my question is, if I were to order an STM Upper Intercooler Pipe (http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...ipe_3_inch.htm) would it fit without modification? Or do I need a custom pipe?

I had to have a custom pipe made for my AMS F1i. My nasei(don't remember how to spell it) UICP did not fit. Now you might be able to get it to work with some different couplers and wiggle things around, but more or less you will need to pull the whole IC Pipe about 2-3 inches closer to the firewall, and it will require a tighter bend where it goes into the TB. So you might have some clearance issues with your battery. This is all with a short route UICP.

ETS makes a AMS F1i specific UICP, and I am sure they have one for the VSR.

When I went from the AMS F1i back to the stock IM, I was able to retain my ETS Ti UICP.

So it sounds like I could probably make the UICP for the stock throttle body work on the VSR intake but the fitment would not be very good.

The main reason I was asking is because there was a good deal for a used STM UICP I found. I wanted to be sure it would fit before making a deal.
