help?

Hey guys.. I've never posted here b4 but lastnight I ran into a problem with my 2005 Evo 8 that made me have the worst sleep of my life..

when I first turned this thing with just
Intake, Upper/Lower Intercooler piping and 3" catback I made
325/350

After I upgraded the turbo (GT3076R) and changed into "coil on pack" system
I put down 349/312

After that I upgraded to ID1000cc, cause the tuner said I was leaning out
I put down 375/347

he then told me to change the fuel pump cause I was leaning out after 6k

1 week after the last tune (injectors) I went back in lastnight with a Walbro 255 fuel pump
I put down 317/287

we are lost... did a compression test 150/175/150/175 all across
changed the plugs - same thing
changed the coils - same thing
car is still hitting peek boost so we know its not the turbo
clutch is ok, never slipped once on the dyno
he told me to get a fuel pressure gauge and change it to a 4Bar map to see if this would help... I don't want to keep dumping money into it without knowing where the problem is... IM NOW SLOWER THEN WHEN I WAS STOCK!!!

any idea guys? input?

check for boost leak. fuel pressure gauge shouldn't be needed as long as the afr is correct during the runs.

I don't have an aftermarket FPR on the car yet and it's using the stock one on the rail. Hance why he told me to get a fule pressure gauge just to tap into the line to make sure the car is getting the proper fuel
