weird idle and stalling.

So I need some help

I was driving home from work the other day and got on it pretty hard and about 6k it felt and sounded like I hit the rev limited so I let off. I drove about a mile down the highway. when I went to down shift the car it died. until I put it back in gear. I made it to the top of the exit and it died again. took about 2 mins at the top of the ramp to get the car started again. once I got it started I drove home witch was a block away.

I had a check engine light on and the codes were for crank position sensor, cam angle sensor, and it said it was running lean.

I have checked the timing and everything is dead on. The car starts right up every time but after I drive it for a bit it will randomly want to die when I am at a stop light.

I have searched but i can not seem to find a answer to what is causing this

So i replaced the cam position sensor..... and its still doing it.

So then i replace the iacv and the problem is still there but the idle issue went away..

now once i drive it and come to a stop it just dies.

someone said it could be the crank position sensor?? any thoughts on this??

Did you check for a vaccum leak?

Also, if your battery was dead you may want to let the car idle for 15 minutes before driving it around the block. The car tends to die coming to a stop if the ECU does not learn how to properly idle.

I have checked for vacuum leaks and I cant find any. my boost gauge also holds solid when testing.

I am going to try replacing the crank position sensor on Friday when it warms up here.
