i got the FP cast mani over tubular for durability on track. i've seen plenty of tubular mani crack at the track. the casting inside the ports are pretty rough, it's probably worth it to clean out the ports when you get it new.

Are u saying to clean out the ports on the FP mani when new?? Also is it necessary to get the bolt hardware that they offer?

Yes, clean out the ports of the fp mani. You will need at least the two longer bolts for the back. You can use oem studs for the front.

Do you have to do anything special to the OEM studs like cut a bit off, or are they the same length that FP sells in their kit?

Aight I was wondering about that... I have had the manifold since last year (got in on the preorder)... got it about 2 weeks before I had to leave on a 9 month deployment so putting a manifold on the car was the last thing on my mind... I have everything ordered to install it when I get home... got all ARP hardware for install for $25 shipped from Jegs...

How much are people porting the new FP cast manifold? I assume FP barely ports it while Curt Brown probably takes a lot out lol.
