It all depends on the size of the A/R. TS is suppose to spool faster tho.

 

I'm telling parity of A / R, size turbo and mods, what difference is there between the spool single scroll T3 and T4 TS.

 

You don't want the same A/R though when talking twinscroll vs single scroll.

Not that it matters anyway, the T4 family has a larger "R" so if they have the same "A/R", the T4 has more area (the A of A/R) which means it will flow more.

As for "T3" are you talking the GT housing, T31, "Ford 5-bolt", "Euro T3"...etc...
In other words, not all housings with a T3 flange are equal in the first place.
