lockout problems can not figure it out

Hello, so i still am getting lockout problems in all gears .... so far i have changed the trans(100) miles ,clutch (comp twin) 1000 miles, shifter bushings, pedal stop.and still the same thing even does the same thing as if the old trans was there i am going insane. could the cause be improper clutch adjustment? considering there is 3 adjustments that need to be done. I called comp they said when you received the clutch the trans bracket is supposed to be already adjusted . Witch is BS Because when it came in to me it was completely unscrewed. So if any body has this clutch if you can please let me know how your clutch adjusted thanks. Also could it be something with the shifter in the car or the base bushing? any input would help thanks.
