Where is the MPI relay/fuse

I am installing an HTA71, and need to prime some oil into the turbo. I see many posts stating to do this, but none of them show which fuse or relay is the one to pull. They read MPI relay, but I can't figure out which one that is?

Thanks for any quick help.

Did you pour oil down the turbo first and spin it by hand ? I disconnected the coil plugs on my evo so the car winds over but doesn't fire up .
But I also poured oil into it and spinned it by hand first though. Can't be to careful with new turbo's.

You don't need to prime your turbo.

So far I have taken the BX12 relay out. I don't know if that is the right one but the motor won't fire. I am hoping its the one that also turns off the fuel supply, but if it doesn't its too late now.

Now my problem is that there is no oil coming to the feed pipe. I have it disconnected and cranked the motor for about 20 second, and not a drop coming out the hole. I have no bolt in there, so I could confirm oil pressure, or oil there.

@evo7 I did try and pump oil into that pipe, but I think it all just poured next to it. I tried a clear tube with a hand pump. I suspect the cranking would have given enough air in the exhaust to spin the turbo a bit.

Either way my bigger problem is no oil coming out of that hole. ? Why would that be?
