Shift linkage cable problem HELP

The plastic piece on the shifter cable of just the passenger cable seems to be broken in some way allowing it to move freely making it harder to get in gear.
Not sure of the part number to replace it.
This is on my 03 evo 8 gsr

Buschur racing makes aluminum shifter bushings, under the hood and base. I would recommend to upgrade rather than replace with stock plastic.

That is molded into the cable. Not sure if you could just replace that plastic insert.
