I have 3" turbo back exhaust, 3" intake, fmic. Battery relocation with small battery.

Ok. Might want to start thinking about your next set up upgrades to support your turbo. You are going to max out your injectors if not already pretty quickly so hopefully you have a wideband in the car and also you will need something to be able to adjust the boost so either a MBC or an EBC. Just dont' want to drive 3 hours to get a tune and not be able to.

Turbo was the last part of my build since i wanted to max out the stock IX turbo.

but again pretty confident your BOV flutter issue will be resolved with the proper tune.

Forgot to mention I have a MBC and wideband and I think stock injectors but don't know how to tell. What do stock injectors look like?

You would have to remove one to check and see. your tuner will want to know what you have so they can safely tune the car.

When I pull one what am I looking for to tell what size they are? If they are stock what size should I get to replace them? What brands are good?

Yes the car needed a tune and the bov needed adjustment as well. I did the single spring mod on the bov which helped but not until I took it to get tuned did the problem get fixed totally.
