TB Shaft Seal or just Dirty?

When my car is not warmed up, the pedal is very sticky. I cant start smoothly because the pedal is hard at 0-5% throttle. After 5 minutes of driving, that sticky pedal is gone.

Evo 9 has no mods.

Seal or just need to clean TB?

Be careful with what you clean it with. Don't want to take the coating off, and brake cleaner will do that.

I think you're only supposed to clean it with soapy water. Some one correct me if I'm wrong..

^Correct, be careful cleaning the "black goo" around where the plate seals. If you are not careful, you are going to have a lovely high idle...
