Quest for 500

So iI recently Bought a 2003 evo Rally Red from a dealer in new jersey. I bought some basic bolt ons then decided to build the 2.0. I wanna keep it traditional but still have some fun. Im going with:

Wiseco 1400hd pistons
Manley turbo tuff rods
BR 272 cams
AMS 3586 Turbo kit
Quartermaster 8 leg clutch w/ street flywheel
walbro 255lph
ID1000cc injectors

I don't think 550 is out of reach?

What do you plan to use for fuel? 91, 93, E85?

Definitely do not need that clutch you plan using. A good single plate will suffice at 500hp. And I would go with a better quality rod like Oliver, Carillo, Pauter, or R&R. Those will be strong and light, not just strong...

If this is a street car I'd go with the hta3582 spool is better than the 86 and can still make over 500 on pump

But if hes going E85, I'd go with something smaller, like an FP green or red. And he'll need bigger injectors and fuel pump..

I would go fp3582 with the tial .63 hotside and the jmfab vband manifold with recirculated wastegate.

The spoolup with the .63 is awesome.
