Does anyone have a blueprint for the evo cylinder head to machine o-rings?

How far do people let the o-ring stick out of the head?

Do you use copper or steel?

Not starting a debate. Just asking what people are running these days.

take head to Buschur's in Ohio. They put the head together correctly. Done, or have some non Evo shop ruin your motor.

 

FYI should ask to get the block done instead. Hopefully others can chime into why but chances are if you warp your head and resurface will be tricker with a o-ringed head. Then again you should resurface anytime you do a headgasket anyways.
