What exactly is needed when rebuilding an Exedy twin?

Ive had an exedy twin sitting in my garage for quite a while now. I bought it planning on rebuilding/installing. It has 40k miles on it but was told it was working fine when it was taken out. Question is, what is needed to rebuild this clutch? I already have both discs and was going to get the flywheel resurfaced. other than that, what do I need? the floater plate looks a little glazed over so i was going to order a new one. is that all i need?

Thanks!

If you resurfaced the flywheel make sure the towers are taken down the same thickness. I suggest micro polishing the sides of the tower also. New wedge collar if it's out of round.

I usually go by the condition of the current part. Sounds like that needs to be replaced also.

I wonder if there is any way to resurface it without having to buy a whole new one?

Also, is there a certain torque spec for the bolts holding the pressure plate to the flywheel?
